Even A Stranger Doctor Could Understand.

 

Beberapa hari ni, aku tak begitu sihat. Selain suffering back pain dan sedikit batuk, aku juga having headache, stiff di bahu kiri, pening, mual, dan ingin muntah. Sampai Nonny sangka aku pregnant. Bhahaha (eh, sepatutnya aku kata ‘amin’ lah kan.)

 

Tadi tengahari, rasa mual dan pening tu semakin menjadi-jadi. So, aku bawa (more to paksa, sebenarnya) Ieda untuk teman aku pergi Permai. Sampai di Permai Asia City, mujur tak ramai orang.

 

Begini conversation aku dengan doktor itu. Jangan ketawa taww,

 

Doc : Hai, apa khabar hari ni? (Yes, dia bercakap seceria itu.)

Me : Baik. Eh, tidak baik. (Pen-spoil keadaan ceria. Boo)

Doc : Apa masalah? Sakit apa?

Me : Saya sakit kepala, pening, mahu muntah.

Doc : Are you pregnant?

Me : No.

Doc : Are you married?

Me : Yes.

Doc : Berapa tahun?

Me : Masuk tahun ke-dua. No kids YET.

Doc : Merancang atau mencuba?

Me : Mencuba. Tapi tak sangat.

Doc : Bila last period?

Me : 26 Dec last year. And kelmarin baru saja.

Doc : Are you sure youre not pregnant? You missed your period almost 2 months tu.

Me : If period, memang tidak pregnant lah kan? I tried UPT few days before, negative.

Doc : After period habis, you and husb come here for consultation okay. I’ll help you. Saya pernah kerja klinik puan dahulu.

Me : OK. (Terasa konfius sedikit. Bukankah aku pergi sini sebab sakit kepala, bukan pasal TTC, kan?)

Doc : Are you stress?

Me : Biasa saja. Tapi saya memang ada tension headache, sometimes.

Doc : Ya, that’s the symptoms. You look depressed. I’ll give you mc so you can rest at home.

Me : Saya depress dan sedikit terganggu. Mungkin.

Doc : Why?

Me : (Teragak-agak) One of my colleagues passed away recently. Itu mengganggu saya.

Doc : (Berhenti menulis) It must be very hard for you.

Me : A bit.

Doc : Whats happen to him?

Me : Accident. Internal bleeding, maybe. Died after 20 days.

(Aku harap dia fahamlah apa aku cakap tu. Sekarang fikir baru rasa merapu. T_T )

 

SEE? Even a doctor can understand. A stranger doctor. Inikan pula seorang boss.

PS : I still work even given MC. Sebab ada meeting sedikit. I was hoping the meeting will go early and short, and expecting to drive home before 3 konon. Sekalinya T__T  When I reach office at 2, rupanya Kelvin (the new Flash trainer) came, ha’ah sebab aku suruh dia datang konon mau bagi briefing pasal teaching. Ohmy. Lupa aku. Sampai jam 3, belum lagi kena panggil meeting. Last-last aku pergi jumpa Ms Ginny, asking whether got meeting or not, sebab aku MC ni sepatutnya, but I stayed back for the meeting. At the end, I don’t know what happen to my MC Leave ni.

 

5.36 pm and I still in the office.
